Email: Starting Solids Consultation

This service is tailored to those who are starting solids for baby or have commenced and would like some additional support.

This consultation is perfect for parents who:

• Feel lost or overwhelmed with how to start solids with their little one
• Are wondering if any additional supplementation is required or may be beneficial for their baby
• Are unsure if their baby's current intake is fulfilling specific nutritional requirements for their age
• Are unsure when and how to introduce allergens
• Are unsure what products baby should be using eg low-tox options
• Would like to know if the food their baby is consuming is optimal or if perhaps there are more high quality alternatives available
• Would like a food quality audit on their baby's weekly meals
• Are struggling with specific conditions including eczema, sensitivities, gut support etc

With this consultation you will fill in a detailed health history, as well as a food journal for baby. Once I have received your intake form and food journal, please allow 3-5 business days for your tailored plan to be emailed back to you.

With this consultation you will receive an 8-12 page comprehensive protocol which includes:

• An individualised supplement plan for your baby if appropriate
• Management/intervention plan for any specific conditions eg eczema
• Current food journal analysis
• Revised food journal
• Dietary recommendations to ensure your baby is meeting specific nutritional requirements
• A comprehensive food quality assessment in regards to the foods your baby is consuming and recommendations of ways to improve nutrient intake
• Low-tox product recommendations where appropriate to support your baby's gut health
• Comprehensive plan moving forward
• 3 business days for any follow up questions you may have in regards to your plan

• There is no face to face support with this consultation
• Only available for those in Australia
