This service is tailored to those who are in their postpartum period. 

This consultation is perfect for those who:

• Feel lost or overwhelmed navigating their postpartum period and life as a new mum 
• Are wondering if any additional supplementation throughout their fourth trimester may be beneficial
• Are unsure if their current diet is fulfilling specific nutritional requirements during postpartum 
• Wanting to ensure nutritional requirements are being met for both mum and bubs if breastfeeding
• Would like to know if the food they are consuming is optimal or if perhaps there are more high quality alternatives available.
• Would like a food quality audit with their weekly meals
• Are struggling with specific postpartum conditions eg. iron deficiency, depletion, constipation, gut support, thrush, UTIs, fatigue, mastitis etc.

With this consultation you will fill in a detailed health history, as well as a food journal. Once I have received your intake form and food journal, please allow 3-5 business days for your tailored plan to be emailed back to you. Please also send across any recent pathology you may have.

With this consultation you will receive an 8-12 page comprehensive protocol which includes:

• An individualised supplement plan
• Management/intervention plan for any postpartum conditions incorporating both nutrition, supplement and midwifery practises
• Current food journal analysis
• Revised food journal
• Nutrients and foods to focus on in your postpartum period to minimise the risk of depletion
• Lifestyle modifications and recommendations
• Blood work analysis
• Comprehensive plan moving forward
• 3 business days for any follow up questions you may have in regards to your plan
