Caitlin has been a RN/RM for over 6 years working most of her career at a busy public hospital in Melbourne. There she worked as both a nurse in emergency and as a midwife, predominantly on the postnatal ward providing education. She is also qualified as a nutrition consultant and now mainly focuses on this aspect of care as this has always been her passion and an area that needed addressing in mainstream health care.

Unfortunately due to staff shortages and the growing pressure on the health care system, education can often lack and new parents as a result may feel lost.

This was one of the many reasons Caitlin created a significant amount of free, accessible content on both her Instagram & website. 

As you can imagine the content takes so much time and research to create.
